Refund policy

We strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item or items under the conditions outlined below.

To be eligible for a return or replacement the following conditions are: -

  1. The item must be returned within three days from the date of delivery.

  2. The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in the same condition that you  received it.

  3. The item must be in its original packaging including all tags, certificates and any promotional items

  4. There should not be any scratches or deformities on the surface of the product.

  5. An original receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.

Note – Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above-mentioned conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at its expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.

Certain items are not eligible for return or replacement including: -

  1. Custom made or personalized items.

  2. Items marked as final sale or non-returnable.

  3.  Gift cards.

Initiation: -

  1. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at elfy.care@elfy.co.in or through WhatsApp (7877153833). Please securely package the item or items. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to defect or error on our part.

  2. Upon receiving and inspection of the returned item or items, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within five to seven business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

  3. In the event you receive a damaged or defective item or items, please notify us within 24 hours upon receipt and also provide 360-degree video graphic evidence of the damage or defect along with from the start unboxing video and return all packaging materials and after inspection of the damaged or defective item or items, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within five to seven business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

  4. In the event that you have purchased our products by any third party falsely claiming to sell our products in that case the return policy shall not apply. Our return policy is exclusively applicable to purchases made directly through our official website or authorized dealers, if any. We disclaim any liability for transactions conducted through unauthorized sources.

  5. All returns are subject to our return policy terms and conditions, which are detailed on our website.

  6. We reserve the right to modify this Return Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page and you are encouraged to review our policy periodically to stay informed of updates.

Replacement & Exchange: 

Direct replacement or exchange of an item is not available. To return or exchange, you have to first return the primary product and place an order for the required one. Replacement or exchange can only be initiated till the return is applicable, which is till 3 days after the product is delivered.
