1. All orders placed through our online jewelry store are subject to product availability and will be processed within 48 hours. Orders are not shipped on Sunday or National holidays. We reserve the right to notify you of any delays beyond our control.
2. We offer a range of shipping options to meet your needs. Delivery times vary depending on the selected shipping method and destination.
3. ·We are pleased to offer free shipping on all domestic orders exceeding Rs. 1499/- provided that the payment is made via online banking. Shipping charges will be applicable upon cash on delivery. Kindly note that this free shipping offer is not applicable to international orders. All international shipments will incur standard shipping fees which will be calculated at checkout based on the destination and selected shipping method.
4. Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of your order, the shipping method chosen and the destination. These charges will be displayed at checkout. Any applicable duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
5. Upon dispatch you will receive a shipping confirmation through email or SMS or through WhatsApp which contain tracking information. You can track the progress of your shipment using the provided tracking number through WhatsApp.
6. We offer international shipping to selected countries. International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees, which are levied once the package reaches the destination country. These additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
7. All items purchased from our website are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. We are not liable for any damages or losses incurred during transit.

9. In the event of a shipping issue such as a lost or damaged package please contact us within 24 hours of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue. Claims made after this period may not be honored.
